OPTIONS & SERVICES

To reserve Tipsy Hooves Beer Donkey for your wedding or event, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required at the time of booking.

Deposit Terms

• The deposit secures your event date and time.
• Dates are not held until the deposit is received.
• Deposits are non-refundable due to the limited number of events we can accommodate.

Final Payment

• The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.
• If the event is booked within 14 days, full payment is required at booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a new date if rescheduled at least 30 days in advance, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are responsible for the full balance.

Weather & Safety

• For outdoor events, the client must provide a safe, shaded area for the donkey.
• In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, Tipsy Hooves reserves the right to reschedule for the safety of the animal.
